The Scots Pine is well loved in Scotland, being their national tree. The Scots Pine tree has been grown for its sturdiness and ability to outlast disease, strong winds, and climate changes. This tree’s needles and twigs are steam distilled to obtain the beloved Scotch Pine Essential Oil that we have today. Scotch Pine Essential Oil is used for many different therapeutic properties however, its most common use is to diffuse during the Holiday season for it’s Christmas Tree-like scent.
