What’s so great about a milk bath?
An ingredient found in milk called Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA), which is used in many skin care products, sometimes natural or synthetic. It works by exfoliating dead skin sells, leaving your skin soft and smooth. When you exfoliate, it stimulates your skin to produce new cells.
