For many, the skin is affected during these winter months, leaving it tight and dry. The hands, face, feet and body overall are effected. To keep skin healthy and to reduce dryness, redness and chapping; try these tips:
1. Exfoliate- Removed dead, dull skin cells with an exfoliating scrub. This will leave your skin baby soft and ready to absorb your moisturizer.
Lavender- Grapefruit Sugar Scrub
This uplifting and soothing scrub will leave your skin silky smooth. After your shower, turn off the water and apply a small amount over body (avoiding face) and scrub gently to sloth off dead skin. Rinse well with water. Make sure bathroom floor is cleaned after use, oils can become slippery. Do not exfoliate 24-48 hours after shaving.
In a 4oz PET jar mix the following
½ cup Turbinado Sugar (sugar in the raw)
½ cup Almond Carrier Oil
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
5 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
2. Oil Up!– Moisturize your skin with a nourishing coconut body oil immediately after your shower.
Simple Coconut Body Oil Moisturizer
Mix well in a small jar. Coconut oil is solid at room temperature and melts into liquid with your body heat. Take a small amount on the palms of your hands and apply over skin after shower.
4oz PET jar mix the following
4 oz Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
10-15 drops Essential Oil Blend of your choice
Eternity Blend Suggestions: Summer Dream, Uplifting Citrus, Happiness, Elegance.
3.Humidify- As we turn up the heater in the home it dries out the air, leaving our skin dry too. You can add moisture into the air when necessary with a humidifier. Plug in Your Aromatherapy Mister, to add moisture back into the air while relaxing to your favorite aromas. Great to use in the bedroom at night.
4. Hydrate- We tend to drink less water in the winter time and trade out for hotter beverages such as cocoa or tea. But don’t forget that your skin needs water too. A little warm lemon water can be both refreshing and hydrating at the same time. Also, Eating foods high in water content can help hydrate your skin from the inside out. Try fresh fruits and vegetables such as apples, citrus, melons, cucumbers, and greens, to name a few.
5. Heal Your Hands & Feet- Nothing screams “dry winter” like dry cracked hands and feet. Moisturize both, especially the heels, every day with Heel Vitality. Heel Vitality is not just good for the feet, it is a wonderful way to moisturize hands, elbows and knees! Apply especially at night before bedtime.
6. Pucker Up- Don’t expose those lips without protecting them from the cold winter air. Apply Lip Vitality and let the natural ingredients moisturize and protect your lips. Pick you flavor!

This was a most easiest method you shared on this page with the outstanding steps to eliminate the dryness from the Sensitive skin of body in a seven days and increase the beauty of skin by using the hemp seed oil daily according to the period of a time after the recommendations of a doctor and remember the instructions of a doctor which help you to eliminate this kind of skin dryness ,My suggestion is you must go to a doctor one time in a week for starting of proper treatment of eliminating dryness appeared on the Sensitive skin of body for increasing the beauty of skin in a summer season due to the effect of sun rays, keep it in your mind don’t work in the light of sun because the heat of sun with the dust particles of sun rays increase the rough dryness and cracks with lines on the skin due to the demaged of skin layers cells after the working of some time you notice the color of skin become black and cracks with lines are increased on the Sensitive skin of a body this is also a effect of skin cancer . So take care of skin and avoid to work in a light of sun . you also use a mask on the face if necessary to work in the light of sun and also use carrot in the food salad .
