4 drops Lemongrass
2 drops Eucalyptus
1 drop Rosemary
1 drop Spearmint
Lemongrass: Has been traditionally used to purify the air, detox, and ward off unwanted insects.
Eucalyptus: Has been traditionally used to help mental exhaustion, fatigue, colds, and asthma.
Rosemary: Has been traditionally used to help headaches, weakness, and exhaustion.
Spearmint: Has been traditionally used to help nervousness, and tension.

Each diffuser should come with set instructions on how to diffuse the essential oils. If it does not, diffusing in 15 minute increments with a 30 minute break between is standard for most situations, however, If you have children remember to check if the essential oil is kid friendly before diffusing around babies and toddlers. With children diffusing at in lower increments with longer breaks may be even more beneficial.

Most diffusers will have a fill line located inside the water compartment. Fill the water to their line and add the oils to diffuse.
